Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain terms, how the Nexus website handles the information of its visitors, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. What data we collect
The website has no registration, login or visitor database. The only information you may give us is what you voluntarily type into the contact form:
- your name;
- the type of service you are looking for;
- your message about your business.
2. How this data is used
The form does not send anything to our servers. When you click submit, the site only builds a message and opens your WhatsApp so that you decide whether to send it. From there, the conversation happens on WhatsApp and is also governed by that platform's privacy policy.
We use the information you send us solely to reply to you, prepare proposals and provide the services you request.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. It is only shared when necessary to provide the contracted service or when required by law.
4. Third-party services used on the site
- Google Fonts: the site fonts are loaded from Google servers, which may log your IP address to deliver the file.
- WhatsApp: used as a contact channel when you choose to start the conversation.
- Automatic language: if your browser is not set to Portuguese, on your first visit it queries public IP geolocation services (Cloudflare and country.is) only to find out your country and open the site in the right language. Those services receive your IP address, as in any internet request; we do not receive or store the IP. The country is saved only in your browser, for 7 days. You can switch the language at any time with the globe button.
- Site preferences: the theme (light/dark) and language you choose are saved only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to anyone.
5. Cookies
This site does not use its own tracking cookies. If we start using analytics or advertising tools, this policy will be updated and you will be informed.
6. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, simply contact us on WhatsApp.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this page whenever the site changes. The date of the latest revision appears at the top.
