Installation
Install in three steps.
Pick your device. No app store needed.
Android (Chrome or Edge)
- Tap “Open the app” (above) using Chrome or Edge.
- Sign in with Google. An “Install the app” card appears: tap Install.
- If the card does not show up, open the browser menu (three dots) and choose “Install app”.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open the app in Safari (on iPhone, installing only works from Safari).
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
- Choose “Add to Home Screen” and tap Add.
Computer (Chrome or Edge)
- Open the app in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
- Confirm with Install. It opens in its own window, like a program.

Any questions?
Do I need to download it from Google Play or the App Store?
No. It is installed straight from the browser in a few seconds and takes almost no space.
How much does it cost?
Nothing: the app is part of your subscription.
How do I sign in? Do I need to give a phone number?
You sign in with your Google account, using the same e-mail as your subscription. The e-mail links you to your systems and your bot, so you need no new password and no phone number to sign in.
I do not see my bot there. Now what?
The bot appears once Nexus links it to your account. Sign in with the same e-mail you used when subscribing; if it still does not show up, message us on WhatsApp.
Is it safe?
Sign-in is handled by Google (Nexus never sees or stores your password) and everything travels over a secure connection (HTTPS).
